Zendesk apps are extensions for the Zendesk user interface that provide additional features directly in the ticketing system. They are installed via the Zendesk Marketplace and run natively in your Zendesk account.
- Open your Zendesk Admin Centre.
- Navigate to the Marketplace.
- Search for the name of the app you want.
- Click Install and follow the instructions.
- Administrator rights for installation
- Depending on the app, a minimum version of Zendesk may be required
- For integration apps: Access data for external systems (e.g. HubSpot, SAP, Teams)
