The festival is designed to explore the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in CX and customer service, and to provide a platform for learning, networking, and collaboration. As we all spent to much time in front of a screen – it’s time to go outside to explore what our profession has to offer and create some experiences to remember.
You can choose to camp, glamp, or even stay in Berlin if you are not a big camping fan as you’ll have access to shuttle services which make getting around easy.
On Friday the 8th of September 2023, prepare for an inspirational kickstart as CX leaders share their insights and lead discussions on the latest CX trends and innovations. Need to unwind during the day? You can even take a refreshing swim in the lake or hang out at the beach if you feel like skipping a session.
You see, it’s not all business at the CX festival! After lunch on Saturday, it’s time to have some fun. There will be a variety of activities available, such as wakeboarding, workshops, games, parties, and even yoga classes for those looking to recharge. And the best part? Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks are all included!
