YOUR DUTIES
- Consulting regarding cloud-software especially with focus on customer service
- Finding creative solutions for customers and being ideas provider considering IT processes
- Interface between customer and development
- Travelling locally < 30 %
YOUR PROFILE
- You have got technical appreciation regarding Integration Cloud Software (REST-API, Webhooks, etc.) and Zendesk
- You have got at least 1 year of work experience in this field, if need be at a consulting company
- You are an "outside-the-box" problem solver
- You act in a self-confident manner, are ambitious and able to work on your own
- It is important to you to be part of a team that cherishes trust, transparency and a professional, casual conduct
- German language proficiency is a must
