We invite those interested in CX to regional exchanges, where you can listen to and share experiences, and discuss challenges, trends and solutions, from Hamburg to Zurich. Let’s build a strong CX community and take customer service to the next level!

Why CX community events?

Because real conversations never take place on stage and rarely at a booth.

At our regional events, we invite CX practitioners, experts and enthusiasts, service managers and anyone involved in shaping customer experiences to join us for an exchange of ideas on equal terms. Sometimes it’s a relaxed dinner after the trade fair, sometimes a meal preceded by a short expert presentation, sometimes a cooking event (yes, we like to eat).

The most important thing for us is that everyone has the opportunity to network and exchange ideas, to talk without pressure about what moves them when it comes to customer experience. And to see that even companies 50 times larger or smaller sometimes have the same problems and how they have solved them.

That’s what we would say if we were a DIY store. But as you can see on the map, we organise community events across the whole of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Each location has a contact person who organises the events and is happy to receive input and ideas in return. And at the bottom of the page, you can sign up to the list of people we will invite to the next event in your area!
