This year, we are packaging the spirit of the CX Festival in a new, hybrid format: on the one hand, a three-part webinar that takes an in-depth look at AI in customer service from a scientific perspective, and on the other, the CX Bar Nights – evenings with real encounters, exciting impulses and cool drinks.

Theory meets practice

📚 Webinar: 3 modules + roundtables

The three-part online webinar, led by Dr. Florian Bühler, will take place in the weeks surrounding the live events. In interactive sessions and theoretical modules, the focus will be on the use of AI in customer service – with a focus on the real benefits in everyday working life.

Dates:

• Module 1: Thu, July 4 – 4-6 pm: How AI is changing customer behavior and the customer experience

• Module 2: Mon, July 8 – 4-6 pm: How (support) employees perceive and use AI in the customer experience

• Module 3: Thu, July 25 – 4-6 pm: Strategic implications of AI for companies and CX management

The modules build on each other and will be deepened in the live event, but you can also easily participate in individual modules.

Florian Bühler

Dr. Florian Bühler – University lecturer, management consultant, speaker. His teaching and research activities focus on digital transformation, AI in marketing and consumer behavior.
What makes him special: He combines academic depth with real practical relevance. As a consultant, speaker and author, he brings insights from science directly into corporate reality – understandable, applicable, relevant.
His goal is not just to explain the changes brought about by technology, but to help shape them – together with companies, employees and customers.
