From occupational therapy to customer experience

I trained as an occupational therapist and worked for over ten years in very different areas. Along the way, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Social Management in 2020 – and realised how many parallels there are between therapy, consulting and customer experience.today I can draw on both worlds: listening, understanding, finding solutions. I love it when things work – and people feel understood.

Why Leafworks?

Because a lot of things come together here that are important to me: openness, responsibility and genuine collaboration. I appreciate it when people address things clearly – not to be perfect, but to get better together.people with very different backgrounds work together here – everyone contributes experience, perspectives and ideas. This is enriching, inspiring and makes the team something special.

How I tick

I am curious, empathetic and structured – and my friends would probably add flexibility and directness to that 😉. I analyse, stay calm and address things that are important to me.

I love finding solutions, working efficiently and learning new things, without losing sight of humanity and joy.

Remote work was a challenge at first, but today I really enjoy the flexibility. It gives me space to be spontaneous and still work in a focussed way. But one thing is clear to me: there is no substitute for personal contact with colleagues.

What else?

Water is pure energy for me – whether it’s diving, SUP, swimming or simply listening to the waves. I like to read and spend a lot of time travelling with my dog. All of this gives me peace, fun and new perspectives – just like Leafworks in my job.
