YOUR DUTIES
- You are responsible for recruiting and manage vacancies from job postings to contract offer
- Creative identification and professional first contact of suitable candidates
- Main point of contact for applicants, always working to create a positive and pleasant candidate experience at all stages of the application process
- You participate in the planning and organization of the onboarding process and support new colleagues
- You are open for supporting other HR-related topics and team internal tasks
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting including active sourcing / direct search, in a fast growing company and bring a passion for this topic.
- You bring a high level of motivation and initiative.
- You work in a structured manner and on your own responsibility.
- It's important to you to be part of a team that values trust, transparency and a professional, casual conduct.
- Business fluency in German and English
